KCCA FC has appointed Anisha Shahir Muhoozi as their new acting CEO replacing Josephine Namukisa who resigned from the position last week, according the statement from club board secretary, Davis Othieno.
“In order to ensure continuity of club operations, the Board of Directors of KCCA FC in exercise of its mandate, has appointed Ms. Anisha Shahir Muhoozi as acting Chief Executive Officer of KCCA FC effective September 10, 2018,” the club said in a press statement.
Muhoozi has been appointed due to her rich experience in managing cooperate bodies.
Josephine Namukisa resigned from the position last week after serving for years forcing the club to look for replacement.
In a related development, Edward Kulubya who also been in charge of URA FC as CEO also resigned from the position.
Kulubya who has been in the post for the last four years, decided to to call it a quit so as to concentrate on his studies.
