Political analyst believes that the new changes will create more divisions within the party that have not yet recovered from an election that saw former Party president General Mugisha Muntu lose to Patrick Amoriat Oboi.
Muntu since losing the election has been traversing the country consulting with different stakeholders on the way forward.
Many of the MPs who supported Muntu presidential bid were dropped.
